Roster Sync Quick Fix Steps
These steps will resolve most roster sync issues - follow these first!
- Visit this link. Anyone with a Footballguys account can access this page.
- Click the Shield (online) or More (mobile device) > Edit & Sync Your Leagues.
- Click Sync All in the upper right corner.
- This will ensure we have any changes to the teams in your league that may have happened since the league was first imported.
- Then click Sync All again.
If the above fails to resolve the issue, please do the following for Draft Dominator or MyFBG:
- Visit this link.
- On the right-hand side of the same line as your fantasy league host (CBS, Yahoo, ESPN, etc.), there is a red X. Please click this red X.
- Respond with "Yes" to the question, "Are you sure?" (This will completely remove the league host and all leagues from our software ecosystem from that point forward).
- Re-import your leagues from the provider using the Green Add Leagues button at the top right.
- Proceed to use Draft Dominator or MyFBG.
Persistent Issues with mobile apps
If the above steps do not help, please try removing and reinstalling the app. If that does not work, please delete the app, restart your device, and then reinstall the app.
Are you viewing the correct league?
Sometimes, accounts may have two copies of a league with the same name. They might have been imported twice, or a league could be leftover from last year. Please visit the edit leagues page and make sure that each league is listed only once.
Understanding how Sync works
We will periodically sync your leagues automatically, depending on your usage. However, if you make a change on the host site, it will almost certainly require a manual sync triggered by you from Footballguys. These options are available under all the wrench icon menus in the MyFootballguys system (as well as in the apps) and on the Edit Leagues page.
What do you think I should see?
Please be aware that the Matchup screen does not show your actual lineup by default; rather, it presents our recommended best lineup. You can adjust this under Settings on that screen.
If you disagree with the lineup our 5-second primer is showing and have a player as a starter when we believe you should bench them, that change will only take effect once that player's game has started.

If none of those options work for you, please contact the Footballguys help desk at Footballguys Help Desk. If you already have an open ticket, please reply there. Be sure to include:
- Your Footballguys username.
- The name of the league in question.
- The hosting platform for the league.
- An example of a player listed incorrectly; for instance, you could say, "Drew Brees is on my roster, but he's shown as a free agent."
- A screenshot of your issue.
