Below you will find answers to the most common questions relating to our apparel and gear sales.
What is your refund policy?
All items are custom made to order. Due to this we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges on any item. If an item is defective it will be replaced with the same item, but otherwise, all sales are final. Please make sure you’re ordering the correct size/color/style as we are unable to process any returns or refunds.
Where is my order coming from?
Our store is filled with gear made by different vendors in the United States. Depending on which item you are purchasing, it can vary based on that vendor's location.
Do you ship internationally?
No, as of now products are available to ship only within the United States (Alaska and Hawaii are included).
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs are calculated on a per item basis by our vendors. In general you can expect to pay $2-8 dollars per item.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! Shipping is free on any order over $45.
How long does it take to receive an item?
Each item is made to order and orders are generally processed within 24 hours. At that point, depending on the vendor, it takes about 2-3 days for production. It will then be shipped to you which takes 5-7 business days.
Can I cancel my order?
Unfortunately no. Once an order is placed, the order can no longer be canceled, changed or edited as the item has already been sent to the vendor for production.
I'm having trouble paying/The store won't accept my card or payment.
The Footballguys Merch Store uses Shopify for checkout. They accept cards from Amex, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, JCB, Diners Club, Elo, as well as payment from Apple Pay, Facebook Pay and Shop Pay.
If you are not using one of those payment options, or you are and for some reason it is not working, you will need to contact your bank or Shopify about the issue. The process is fully handled by Shopify, and there is nothing that Footballguys or Footballguys Customer Service can do to help or troubleshoot the issue.
