The Footballlguys Help Desk is available from 9 AM - 5 PM on weekdays from the Superbowl until August 1, and starting from August 1, it is also monitored from 9 AM - 12 Noon on weekends. If you contact the Footballguys Help Desk outside of those hours, it may take longer than 24 hours to get a reply.
Additionally, the Footballguys Help Desk observes certain holidays, including Thanksgiving Day and the day after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve and Christmas Day, New Year's Eve and New Year's Day, Memorial Day, and Labor Day. During the holidays, the Help Desk is monitored from 9 AM - 12 Noon.
